You will be introduced to matwork and small equipment.
If you have never practice pilates before... that is the perfect time to start.
Available in English and Danish.
The class will have a maximum 4 participants so I will be able to deliver individual guidance to all the participants.
Please make sure you have received confirmation from your doctor that you are fit to start a Pilates program before signing up.
